The call for healthier snacks has been around for longer than today, but apparently it is still quite a task for many manufacturers to make their products less unhealthy. It is precisely in the confectionery and bakery industry that we have to deal with ingredients that are considered unhealthy, in particular: sugar, saturated fat, salt. On the other hand, the consumer just wants to continue to enjoy sweets. A diabolical dilemma? Or not?
